• Keystone First FCU was organized in 1938. Like all credit unions, Keystone First is a member operated, non-profit institution. All directors are unpaid volunteers. This results in lower operating costs which, in turn, allow us to pay a better return on member savings and lower rates on loans.

• Membership in Keystone First is open to active and retired employees of PPL Electric Utilities Northeast Region and members of their immediate families.

• A minimum $25 deposit is all that is required to open your account with Keystone First.
